Prevention: Avoid exposure to direct sunlight between 10 am to 4 pm. Wear a sunscreen with adequate protection against UVA and UVB rays. Use sunglasses or umbrella when outdoors.

Food Allergies: Milk, peanuts, eggs, wheat, fish, soya bean, corn, food colors and preservatives are among the most common foods that cause allergies. Symptoms Include hives, itching, redness, fainting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, swelling of lips, tongue, throat.

Prevention: Identify the allergy causing food and avoid taking it. Always check food labels before having canned/processed foods

DIAGNOSIS

To analyze whether you have an allergy, your doctor may advice:

  • Skin allergy tests including Skin Prick Test, Intradermal Test, Skin Patch Test.

    Hi doc,

    i am 32 years old male m suffering from dust allergy since last 8 years. 8 years ago i was working in a automobile service station where daily i had to work in varies condition like oil and dust but in that situation i never had any symptoms of allergy then i left that job and i started working in a bank near and from vary short of time i became an allergic Itchy eyes, runny nose, sneezing, and even itchy, painful rashes.
    for same i have consulted many homoeopathic doctors but no use of it. now i am just taking one tablet which is giving me relief for 3 to 4 days its EBAST 20 mg so kindly suggest.
