-Amla juice has been found to be very effective in relieving acidity and heartburn

-Take Amla juice (15-20ml). Add equal amount of water. Have this every morning on an empty stomach.

2 . BAEL SHARBAT (WOOD APPLE JUICE)

-Bael is known for its soothing and cooling effect on stomach. It has lots of fiber and improves digestion.

-You can prepare Bel ka sharbat by using the ripe fruit and have it daily. Break open a Bael and scoop out the pulp using a spoon. Soak the pulp in a cup of water for a few minutes. Blend the pulp and strain water to remove the seeds and discard them. Blend the Bael pulp further into a smooth mixture. Add sugar or jaggery (gud) as per taste.

3 . GHRITKUMARI (ALOE VERA)

-Aloe vera juice is extremely beneficial for people with irritable bowel syndrome and acid reflux

-Take aloe vera juice (1/4th cup) with water (1/2 cup) every day in the morning on an empty stomach.

4 . ISABGOL (FLEA SEEDS)

-Isabgol is used for regulating bowel movement and relieving constipation

-Mix 1 teaspoon of isabgol seeds in 1 glass of hot milk and drink this every night before going to bed.

5 . TRIPHALA 

-Triphala, a mixture of 3 herbs, namely: Hard (Haritaki), Amla and Bejada (Bibhitaki) has been found to be beneficial in improving digestive health and preventing constipation.

-Have one teaspoon of triphala  every night before going to bed to regulate bowel movement and improve digestion.
