-Mix a cup of sea salt in 8-10 cups of water, soak your feet in this for 10-15 minutes. And dry thoroughly after.

2 . Try A Foot Soak

Vinegar help reduce bacteria by drying the skin and sweat. Mix 2 cups of vinegar in 4 cups of water and soak your feet for 30 minutes for 7-10 days to fix the problem.

Tree tea has anti-oxidants which help tighten pores, this help reduce sweating and odour. Boil 750ml of water with 5 tea bags, and soak your feet in the cooled tea mix, use for 7-8 days to get rid of smelly feet.

3 . Massage Using Essential Oils

Tea tree oil is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-septic in nature, and cures smelly feet. Peppermint essential oil helps fight fungal infections, and reduces bacteria in the feet. Foot massage with essential oils will not only moisturize your feet but also keep them smelling great all day long.

-Add 30ml of apple cider vinegar, 15 ml of rubbing alcohol, with 20 drops of tea tree oil and peppermint oil, and a few drops of lavender oil for its soothing properties. Mix in a spray bottle and use several times a day for fresh smelling feet.

4 . Try Anti-Bacterial Soaps 

-Use an antibacterial soap for washing your feet, make sure to wash in between the toes. Drying your feet is equally important. Make sure you dry your feet well before wearing your soaks and shoes.

-Soak a cotton ball with vinegar and dab between the toes. Dust your feet with antibacterial powder to absorb excess moisture from the feet.

5 . Restrict Intake of Refined Carbs

-Refined carbs are converted to sugars in the body. These sugars act as food for bacteria & fungi. When these sugars are discharged into the skin it causes the foul odour.

Reduce the intake of white bread, maida, pasta, rice, potatoes from your diet. Increase the intake of tomatoes, green leafy vegetables, walnuts, salmon and fruits like oranges, strawberries.
